I chose this shop to do insurance repair on my car. I worked in the area and wanted to give them some business. At first, the work appeared good. Within a few months of leaving my job there, the paint began bubbling and started to pop off. I contacted them about the problem and was told that they had some bad paint. Not wanting to travel back Rolison's shop (now 2 1/2 hours away), I checked with a reputable shop near my home. They advised me that the reason the paint did not take was because Rolison had not bothered to use primer before applying the paint. Rolison has agreed to fix the problem, but I will not be giving them a second chance when they made that kind of mistake. Lesson learned!
